Suzanne Pleshette was born January 31, 1937 , and died January 19 in 2007. She was an American actress, voice, television and film actor. Later, she appeared in various TV productions, often as guest roles. She was the actress Emily Hartley, who was born in Brooklyn Heights, New York City on the 31st of January 1937, to Eugene Pleshette and Geraldine Kaplan. The parents of her were Jewish immigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary. Her mother was a dancer, artist and performer who went by the stage name of Geraldine Rivers. Her father was a stage manager at the Paramount Theater in Manhattan and of the Paramount Theater in Brooklyn, and later, a network executive.She graduated from Manhattan's High School of Performing Arts and attended Syracuse University for one semester before being transferred to Finch College. Then she was a graduate of Manhattan's prestigious acting school the Neighborhood Playhouse Schools of the Theatre. She was taught by Sanford Meisner, a well-known actor.
